PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a Special Mayor and Council meeting of the Borough of Woodcliff Lake on Monday, May 5, 2025, via zoom at 12:00 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to appoint a professional planning and redevelopment consultant and for the authorize the Mayor to sign an Affidavit of Ownership and consent to the application for 230 Broadway, BCUW/Madeline Housing Partners LLC project. Please be advised that formal action may be taken at this meeting.
