The Borough of Woodcliff Lake has a limited number affordable housing units available for sale periodically and will be accepting applications. The housing is available for qualified low- and moderate-income households and is located at Centennial Way in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.

The affordable housing includes two and three bedroom townhome units. Interested households will be required to submit an application and income documentation in order to qualify. Incomes must be no more than the maximum permitted household income to qualify. The maximum household incomes permitted are $47,276 for a one person household, $54,030 for a two person household, $60,784 for a three person household, $67,538 for a four person household, $72,941 for a five person household and $78,344 for a six person household. Once certified, households will be matched to affordable units when available based on family size and income amount. All successful certified households upon purchase will be required to provide down payment/closing cost funding and agree to maintain the units as the family’s primary residence.
