NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLANNING BOARD MEETING
OF THE BOROUGH OF WOODCLIFF LAKE
December 2nd, 2025

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE there will be a Special Meeting of the Woodcliff Lake Planning Board (the “Planning Board”) on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025 commencing at 7:00 PM and will be held at the Municipal Building, 188 Pascack Road, Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.

This special meeting is for the continued public hearing on an application filed by RW Woodcliff Lake Urban Renewal LLC, the applicant (the “Applicant”), with respect to their redevelopment of the property located at 300 Chestnut Ridge Road and designated as Lot 1 in Block 602 on the Tax Maps of the Borough of Woodcliff Lake (the "Property"), which was first heard by the Planning Board at a public hearing held on November 13, 2025.

The Applicant is seeking Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan, Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision and Major Soil Movement Permit application approval to subdivide the Property into four (4) lots and construct forty-seven (47) townhouses, a new multi-family residential building containing two-hundred ninety-seven (297) units, two (2) commercial/retail spaces consisting of a total of 9,000 square feet and a new supportive housing building consisting of approximately twenty-six (26) units and containing forty (40) supportive housing beds, along with nine-hundred twelve (912) off-street parking spaces (consisting of 872 constructed parking spaces and 40 land banked parking spaces) and related improvements.

Formal action may be taken at this meeting. Anyone wishing to attend the special meeting must attend in-person at the address listed above.
