The Borough of Woodcliff Lake is now accepting applications for 2026 Parking Passes for commuters, in accordance with Borough Ordinance 250-3E(6).

Having a permit does not guarantee a parking spot; parking is first come, first served.

Current lots have many spaces available, but availability may change as more commuters return to work.

Only 200 permits will be issued per year; residents have priority.

Permits are required to park in commuter lots Monday through Friday.
