PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed bids will be received on September 30, 2025 by the Borough of Woodcliff Lake for the purchase of Borough owned property located at Block 2004, Lot 5, known as 55 Woodcliff Avenue, Woodcliff Lake, in the minimum bid amount of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000.00) Dollars with a reservation of rights to reject all bids. 

A copy of the bid documents may be obtained in person from the Borough of Woodcliff Lake, Office of the Borough Clerk at Borough Hall, 188 Pascack Road, Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey 07677 during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday & Thursday; from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday; and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, or via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. This notice is published by order of the Governing Body of the Borough of Woodcliff Lake pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13.1.
