The Borough of Woodcliff Lake will reimburse Woodcliff Lake residents the following for any library membership:
Woodcliff Lake Seniors (62+) up to $200.00 / All other Woodcliff Lake residents up to $175.00.
The resident is free to join the library of their choice, please find listed below a sampling of local libraries. Please note that *Pearl River, NY does allow "cooperative book sharing" with other NY area libraries. The other libraries do not.
The following towns bill the Borough of WCL directly - please bring proof of residency with you when applying at these libraries.

The following towns are reimbursable by the Borough of WCL - please print the library reimbursement form and bring to Borough Hall for reimbursement.
Examples of reimbursement
Scenario 1: Join Montvale library, you pay out of pocket $450.00, you complete the form bring to BH with the receipt and the Borough will reimburse you $175 or $200 (if you are a senior). Scenario 2: Join Park Ridge library, cost to join is $450.00, you pay $275.00 or $250.00 (if you are a senior), PR will bill the Borough for $175.00 or $200 (if you are a senior).
