NOTICE FOR PROPOSAL

Public Notice is hereby given that on May 16, 2025 at 11:00 AM, at Police Headquarters, 184 Pascack Road, Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, the Police Chief will receive Sealed Proposals for:

BOROUGH OF WOODCLIFF LAKE CONSULTING SERVICES- WOODCLIFF LAKE
POLICE DEPARTMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES UPDATE AND
ACCREDITATION BY N.J. STATE ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE

Proposal may be obtained at Police Headquarters, 184 Pascack Road, Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, during normal business hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, commencing May 6, 2025. Proposal will also be on the Borough’s Website and Police Department’s Website.

Said proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the vendor and must be addressed to the Chief of Police of the Borough of Woodcliff Lake. All vendors must submit a total of 3 (three) complete copies, one (1) original plus two (2) copies. The envelope must also indicate: Proposal on Police Department Policies and Procedures Update and Accreditation by N.J. State of Chiefs of Police.

The Mayor and Council reserve the right to waive any maladies or defect in any proposal, to reject any and all proposals, or to accept such proposals that, in the discretion of the Council, are in the best interest of the Borough.

The proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with the “Pay-To-Play” Law: N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
